1. Purpose of the website
MosaikShop is an online shop and a source of information and inspiration for mosaic projects. The website allows users to browse products, guides and other content, place orders, manage purchases and contact customer service.
We aim to keep information about products, prices, availability and other website content as accurate, clear and up to date as reasonably possible.
2. Permitted use of the website
The website may be used lawfully for its normal purposes, including browsing content, comparing products, making purchases and contacting us.

Changes to these Website Terms of Use do not alter the Terms & Conditions applicable to orders already placed or rights that have already arisen.

These Website Terms of Use are governed by Finnish law. For consumers, this does not limit any mandatory rights that may apply under the law of the consumer's country of residence or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Any disagreement should first be raised directly with MosaikShop customer service so that we can try to resolve the matter.
