General

The online store MosaikShop.se is a marketplace managed by MosaiikkiMyymälä FIN, where products are sold by MosaiikkiMyymälä. Our official business name is "Autoilija Hämäläinen Jukka," which may appear, for example, on the checkout page when accepting the terms and conditions. This is the company’s registered legal name, but we use the names MosaiikkiMyymälä and MosaikShop for commercial purposes.

MosaiikkiMyymälä FIN reserves the right to change these terms and conditions unilaterally without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of clear pricing errors. A clear pricing error refers to a significant deviation in a product's price from the correct price, where it is evident that the customer would understand the mistake.

Payment

Our online store uses the Klarna Checkout payment system, which allows you to shop online easily, flexibly, and securely. By answering a few simple questions, you can identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best.

The options available are invoice, installment payment, online banking, and credit cards – all equally secure. By using Klarna Checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions of Klarna Bank AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm), which you can find at the checkout. PayPal

You can also use PayPal for payments. PayPal is a safe and easy way to pay online without entering your card details on our website.

Please note that the PayPal payment method is provided by Autoilija Hämäläinen Jukka, not Klarna.

Ordering

Products are ordered on the website by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment at checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information provided during the order process is used solely for order delivery or to resolve issues related to the order. By ordering from our store, you confirm that you have read and agree to the current terms and conditions.

Shipping Countries

We ship to the following countries: Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Bulgaria, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, and Romania.

  • Shipments Outside the EU: We do not ship products outside the EU.
  • Shipments to Åland: We do not ship products to Åland.

Delivery Methods

We use the following delivery methods in Finland:

  • Finnish Post: Delivery to pick-up points, parcel lockers, and home delivery.
  • PostNord: Delivery to pick-up points, parcel lockers, and home delivery.

Shipping costs for products include packaging and postage. The prices for different delivery methods are visible on the Checkout page once products have been added to the shopping cart.

Right of Withdrawal / Product Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery and handling costs for product returns. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Products ordered from the online store can be returned via Finnish Post or PostNord. We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery. According to Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act on distance sales (13.6.2014), we are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products.

Failure to Collect Delivery

Failure to collect delivery without prior notification does not constitute a valid return. If a package is not collected, we do not issue automatic refunds. If the customer contacts us regarding uncollected deliveries, we will process the return and deduct a €15 handling fee from the refund amount per shipment.

Damaged Deliveries

Deliveries Damaged in Transit

Despite our careful packaging, couriers may not always deliver packages intact. Please check the package and note any damage when collecting your delivery. If the delivery is damaged in transit, immediately file a damage report at the collection point and contact MosaikShop regarding the damaged delivery.
