We deliver items to EU, countries. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of being placed. This does not include weekends and holidays, when we are closed, and of course all orders are subject to stock availability. Orders are sent by Finnish Mail Priority Delivery or Finnish Posti Parcel Connect (with DHL and Bring). All shipments are registered using Posti’s item tracking system in Finland. Delivery costs are dependent upon the weight and size of your order, and the shipment method chosen. If any part of your order is out of stock, we will immediately notify you, giving you the expected delivery date. If for some unexpected reason we cannot deliver your order, we will immediately refund your payment.

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Note that these delivery estimates from counted from the time that they leave Finland.
Note that neither MosaikShop nor Posti is responsible for delivery delays due to customs inspections or other measures in the destination country.

Posti Priority Delivery
Priority parcels are transported with fast connections from Finland to the destination country. Items are primarily delivered directly to you, but in some countries items are delivered to a postal outlet for you to pick up. Note that packages cannot be delivered to post office boxes or Poste Restante addresses.
Posti Parcel Connect (with DHL and Bring)
Using this service, you can pick your order from a service point in your country. An SMS is sent to you when the parcel arrives. The package can be tracked using Posti’s item tracking system in Finland www.posti.fi/itemtracking, as well as the tracking systems of your local postal service, DHL and/or Bring.
Our online store uses the Klarna Checkout payment system.
Klarna Checkout allows you to shop online easily, flexibly and safely. By answering a couple of easy questions, you can identify yourself with the service and choose the payment method that suits you best.
The options you have at your disposal are invoice, batch payment, online banking and credit cards - all as safe! We will send e-mail confirmation of order status, and may send marketing emails to let you know about new products and offers. You can choose to unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the link at the bottom of these e-mails. We will not disclose your e-mail address to any third parties.
Your credit card will be charged in euros.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item. You must notify our customer service in advance that you are returning the item. Contact our customer service by email or phone call. The return notification must be made no later than 14 days after you received the item. The returning item must be sent to our company immediately, within 14 days of your return notification being made. If the item has been damaged upon the delivery or you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
We do not refund the cost of the return postage unless the sent item is incorrect or defective. We refund you the price, once the item arrives to us. You will receive a confirmation email. We will refund the price immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the items. We will issue a refund using the payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer has the right to return an item if:
You must diligently pack the items for return shipment so that they will not be damaged. You are responsible for compensating the possible reduction of value of the returned item up to the full price of such item. A damaged item will not be accepted as a fully refundable return if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.
To ensure that we receive the item, we advise you to use a secure postage method that can be tracked. Since we are not responsible for return postage or the cost, this is of course your personal choice, and you are welcome to use the cheapest method available if you prefer. Note that we do not accept cash on delivery returns.
