We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a clear pricing error.
Payment
We use Paytrail and Klarna Checkout as our primary payment solutions. These provide safe and flexible payment options. You can choose to pay with:

- Online banking (Finland)
- MobilePay
- Invoice (14–30 days via Klarna)
- Instalments (up to 36 months via Klarna)
We also offer PayPal as a separate payment method.
Ordering
Products can be ordered from our online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing payment at checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially and used only for order fulfillment. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Delivery Countries
We deliver to EU countries only, including Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and others within the EU. We do not deliver to Åland or outside the EU.

Shipping costs include packaging and delivery fees, and the final costs are shown at checkout. For large or pallet-sized orders, we will contact you before shipping.
Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law. The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation.
We will refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be sent via PostNord, Posti or Matkahuolto. We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery (COD).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
Note: A return must always be preceded by a cancellation notice. A package left uncollected or refused without prior notice is not considered a valid return.
Uncollected Deliveries
Failure to collect the delivery without notifying us does not constitute a valid return. If the package is returned to us uncollected, we will deduct actual shipping and handling costs from the refund.

Companies with a valid EU VAT number and operating in the mosaic and crafts sector are eligible to order without VAT (0 %).To activate this, please create a webshop account using your company details and then contact us by email. We will verify the information and enable VAT 0 % purchasing if applicable.
